Eligibility

• 18-28 yrs (as on 01.12.2011) [+3yrs for OBC & +5yrs for SC/ST]
• 60% in XII or Diploma (after 10th) or Degree as on 01.12.2011
• Apart from local language proficiency, must possess English fluency
• Will have to involve in marketing, cross sell products & services

Selection

Recruitment is done through a Written Test & Interview. The Written Test will be having following sections

1. Quantitative Aptitude
2. Reasoning Ability
3. English Knowledge
4. General Awareness
5. Marketing Aptitude & Computer Knowledge

Have to qualify each sections to be short-listed for the interview. Final selection on the basis of marks secured in both written test and interview

Stenographers also have to transcribe a dictation onto computer in 40mins (English) or 55mins (Hindi). It is necessary to have atleast 50% marks in this skill test to qualify.
